Oxshott Village Day is a non-profit event run by volunteers.  The entertainment and facilities are paid for by
sponsorship, entrance fees and stalls.  Each year, excess funds, if any, are donated to a local charitable cause.

FINANCIAL SUMMARY Oxshott Village Day
  1.   £2000 starting funds in 2008 were provided by FEDORA as seed funding.
  2.   A reserve fund has been built-up over the years to allow the Village Day to survive a total wash-out, which would incur large costs with no offsetting revenues.
  3.   Costs include funding for: events on the day such as liability insurance, security, toilets, labour; investment in equipment including marquees; and supplies.
  4.   OVSC receives a donation each year for the use of their facilities.
  5.   Each year, Oxshott Community Events (the parent organization) donates the Christmas Tree to the village High Street.  Costs are included above.
